What you'll need:
- Raw unsalted cashews
- head of cauliflower
-onion
-garlic
- Nutritional yeast, turmeric, salt, pepper, chili powder, cayenne
-unsweetened, unflavored milk alternative

Recipe:
- Boil 1 cup of cashews along with a head of cauliflower until everything is soft
- In a pan, soften half an onion in olive oil and add a clove of garlic
- Strain the cashews and cauliflower and add them to a blender
- In the blender, add 3/4 cup of water, 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast, dash of turmeric, 1/2 tsp chili powder, dash of cayenne, and as much black pepper as you like
-add a splash of your unsweetened milk alternative
blend it up and add to pasta or use as a dip!
